3. Fees and Payment

4. Reimbursement Policy

We offer a clear process for reimbursement across all offerings. To request a reimbursement, you must submit a request via our contact form within the specified period. Reimbursements are processed in accordance with the category below.

4.1 Reimbursement for Legal Services

Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial service date. Eligible requests will be reimbursed within 30 days of approval. You may opt to reschedule a service with at least 7 days notice prior to the scheduled date.

4.2 Reimbursement for Information Products

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of download or access. Approved requests will be reimbursed within 15 days of approval.

4.3 Reimbursement for Goods

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be sent back in original condition. Once received, the item will be inspected and, if approved, a reimbursement will be issued within 20 days of approval.

4.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, such as immediate onsite representation or same-day consultation, are non-refundable due to the direct allocation of personnel and resources upon confirmation. Velmora reserves the right to designate services as non-refundable at the time of purchase, with clear notice provided.

5. Modification of Terms

Velmora may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on velmoras.club. Continued use of any offering after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
